Yatrikart came to Clicks Bazaar with zero digital presence and a shot at national television. What started as a website and a pre-show buzz campaign turned into a multi-year partnership behind a brand that's grown from 20-30 stores to over 300, and from a single city to a national footprint.
Yatrikart is a retail brand that was roughly four years old when it first came to Clicks Bazaar. At that point, the company had no digital presence at all, no website, no social media strategy, nothing built to represent the brand online. What they did have was a shot at something big, a spot on Mission Startup, a show airing on Amazon Prime, and the very real possibility that a national television audience was about to discover them with nothing in place to catch that attention.
Yatrikart came to Clicks Bazaar specifically because of the show. They understood something important, going on national television without a digital presence ready to receive that attention would mean losing most of the value the moment created. People would search for the brand and find nothing, or worse, find something unfinished that didn't match the impression the show had just made.
There wasn't an existing foundation to build on. Clicks Bazaar conceptualized and designed Yatrikart's website from scratch, and built out their social media presence specifically to create pre-show buzz, so that by the time the episode aired, there was already something real online for a curious viewer to find and engage with.
Yatrikart won Mission Startup. That's a significant outcome on its own, but it also created a very specific, time-sensitive challenge, converting a moment of national attention into something that actually built the brand, rather than a spike that faded within days of the episode airing.
Clicks Bazaar managed the entire post-show push. That included a large-scale public screening, an open theater booked specifically to bring people together around the win and turn a television moment into a live, shared experience. Alongside that, a full social media content push went out, built to keep the story alive well past the actual air date, not just react to it in the moment but sustain the attention it created.
That combination, a real-world screening event paired with a coordinated content push, is what took a single television win and turned it into sustained brand momentum instead of a short-lived spike.
Yatrikart started as an Indore-based brand. It's since expanded into Delhi, and the brand's footprint now extends across India more broadly. Clicks Bazaar has expanded alongside that growth, now handling marketing for Yatrikart's Delhi and pan-India presence, not just the original home market the brand started in.
That kind of expansion changes what a digital and marketing strategy actually needs to do. A brand known and trusted in Indore doesn't automatically carry that same trust into Delhi or into markets across the country, each new market effectively needs its own version of the same credibility-building work that got the brand its first 20-30 stores in the first place.
Most of Clicks Bazaar's case studies center on a specific channel, performance marketing, SEO, lead generation, with clear numbers attached to a campaign or a defined period. Yatrikart's story is different. It starts with a single high-stakes moment, a national TV appearance with no digital safety net in place, and turns into a multi-year growth partnership spanning brand building, event management, content, and expansion into entirely new markets.
The through-line is the same as every other engagement, one team staying with a brand through each phase of its growth rather than handing off between vendors as the need shifts. For Yatrikart, that meant being the team building the website before the show, running the buzz campaign during it, and still being there years later as the brand expanded from a regional presence into a national one.
"We came to Clicks Bazaar right before going on Mission Startup, and honestly we had nothing online at that point. They built our website and got our social presence ready before the show even aired, then managed everything after we won, the screening, the content, all of it. Years later, they're still with us, now managing our marketing as we've expanded from Indore into Delhi and across the country. It's been a real partnership, not a project that ended once the initial work was done."
